How do I place a cancellation request on Nbdkart.com?
If you wish to cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• You can cancel your order anytime before the dispatch of the products. Once the shipment details sent to you for the order dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
•  To cancel your order, kindly email us at infonbdkart@gmail.com, mentioning your order details and the reason for cancellation.
• Once the cancellation request is received, we will process it as soon as possible.

Note: Cancellation requests can only be raised before the order is shipped. If the order is cancelled, we will refund amount as per our Return Policy.

Why was my order cancelled by Nbdkart.com?
We regret any inconvenience caused due to an order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled for the following reasons:

• If the product is out of stock or discontinued
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information

We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if the order is partially cancelled or fully cancelled. We may contact you if any additional information is required to process your order.

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?
Once the refund request is processed, we will initiate the refund to the payment details provided by you at the time of the order cancellation, after deducting a 2% fee from the total amount paid. Please note that refunds typically take 4-5 business days to reflect in your account.

How long will it take to receive a refund after I cancel or return an order?
Refunds typically take between 7-15 business days to be processed. 

I've still not received my refund in my bank account. Why?
If you have received an email from us confirming your refund request, please rest assured that we have initiated the refund process and are following up with the relevant financial institutions. However, sometimes, financial organizations may take longer to process the refund. If the refund hasn't been received by the promised date, please feel free to contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
